Delivery/Pickup:

At checkout, you’ll be able to choose to pick up your flowers in Warrenton, VA, or have them delivered to a venue of your choice. Delivery options are a flat $15 within 15 miles of Warrenton, VA and delivery outside of this area will incur an additional fee based on mileage. We recommend picking up your flowers on the day of your wedding/event to ensure the freshest possible blooms. If your delivery needs are outside the area, send a quick email to amy@drivebyflowers.com, for a link to pay the delivery fee once your order has been placed.

 

Cancellations/Refunds:

If you need to cancel your flower order, please do so up to 3 weeks prior to your event. No refunds will be given within 3 weeks of your wedding/event date.

 

Customizations:

A la carte flower palette options are offered to accommodate the most popular color palettes, however, if you’d like a custom color palette, please indicate this in your order by selecting Custom Color Palette as a drop down option, and then entering your desired color palette in the comments section of each arrangement. We do not currently offer custom flower choices, as flowers are subject to seasonality and availability.

Drive By Flowers is not responsible for A La Carte arrangements once they’ve left our hands. 

 

Due to the nature of working with perishable flowers, we will make floral substitutions and all photos are a representation of the quality, style, and size of each arrangement. Our value for working with local flowers as much as possible gives us a wide variety of gorgeous blooms, but makes it so that we are unable to offer specific flower choices, and will work within the beauty of seasonality when designing your flowers. But we promise, you’ll love the result.
