At Drive By Flowers, we value our customers and believe they should be 100% satisfied with our products. The following statement describes some important details about our flower orders, subscriptions, and information on our Return and Refund Policy.
Ordering with Drive By Flowers
Fresh Material
While we can’t always guarantee certain flowers, colors, varieties, sizes or quantities, Drive By Flowers will always make every effort to match what we have with what you request. However, Drive By Flowers reserves the right to substitute at the sole discretion of Drive By Flowers for a product of similar quality and value, in the event that mother nature does not cooperate.
Once our fresh flowers leave our hands, Drive By Flowers is no longer responsible for floral arrangements and cannot be held responsible for items damaged thereafter.
Force Majeure
Drive By Flowers will happily refund all payments with the exception of a deposit in full in the event that it cannot perform contracted services for any reason, including but not limited to Acts of God, war, civil disturbances, road closures, severe traffic, fire, casualty, or other causes beyond the control of both parties.
Flower Substitutions
Drive By Flowers reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your flower order. In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used. Each arrangement is subject to flower availability and season.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or modifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Just let us as soon as you can and we’ll be in touch to let you know how we can help. For A La Carte wedding orders, please give us a minimum of one week notice.
Subscriptions
How Our Subscriptions work
We provide you with happy flower subscriptions for weekly, biweekly or monthly flowers, for local pick-up or delivery. Simply order online, selecting size, frequency and timeframe for your recurring order. Choose your local pickup (Fridays in Warrenton, VA) or delivery options (Thursdays). With your subscription order, we will collect your previously used vessel and provide you with a fresh one! If you need a replacement vase, we do charge a fee of $15. Our delivery radius includes Warrenton, Marshall, Remington, Bealeton, Catlett, Gainesville, Nokesville, and Haymarket.
Payment must be completely processed 72 hours prior to order fulfillment. We need a minimum of 72 hours or more notice in the event of a change in subscription delivery. If you need to make a change, please email amy@drivebyflowers.com.
Deliveries
Non-Delivery Claims
If you place an order and claim it was not delivered to the recipient, please allow us 24-48 hours for a complete investigation into the matter. In many cases, it is a simple matter that delivery was attempted and no one was available at the home or office to accept delivery and no neighbors or other parties were able to take delivery on the recipient’s behalf. If this is the case, Drive By Flowers will contact you immediately, and reserves the right to attempt redelivery of your order. If we are unable to substantiate your claim, we reserve the right to reject that claim.
Rejected Delivery
If you place an order and the recipient rejects delivery, whatever the reason, Drive By Flowers will not provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the recipient’s decision.

Anonymity Policy
We highly suggest adding a note for your recipient during the checkout process (who wouldn't want to share the reason for such a gift?!). However, if you choose not to, please note that we will always disclose the name of the individual who has placed the order, if your recipient requests that we do so. Will will not maintain sender/orderer anonymity under any circumstances, for safety reasons.
Quality
If a delivery is made, and there is any question as to the quality of the flowers, the recipient should contact Drive By Flowers to discuss the matter. In most cases, we will gladly replace the arrangement. However, claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period. We will not provide a refund or replacement in the event that flowers or vessels are damaged due to improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient.
